I ordered one pink and one blue replacement nail filer for my kids. And I received the order with only the blue one and had to email them again to send the pink one and when I received it. It was another pink one. So I never received the one for my daughter.

Placed an order on Sept 2nd and a label was created but item never actually shipped. 2 weeks later I get an email for a review for an item I still haven't received. So yeah 1 star would be a zero but that apparently isn't an option ATM.
